Scent is highly subjective, and while we do our best to describe each fragrance accurately, personal preferences may vary. We strongly encourage you to try samples before purchasing full-sized bottles to ensure the scent suits your taste.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on perfumes that have been opened or used.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund in these cases.
